Aero Explorer introduces Pre-K through 3rd grade students to the exciting world of aerospace through fun, hands-on learning. Our mission is to spark curiosity early and expand access to high-demand aerospace careers.

What We Offer
A FREE 2.5-hour program brought to your school (during school hours) featuring:
- 8 interactive, hands-on learning stations (each station can accommodate a class of 25!)
- Capacity for 200 students in each 2.5 hour session (2 sessions per day)
- Exploration of 14 aerospace careers
- TEKS-aligned activities across grade levels
- Teacher-led activities
- Students actively performing real career tasks
- Post-visit extension activities
- Training videos for staff and volunteers
8 Hands-On Learning Stations
Aero Explorer features eight interactive stations that introduce core aerospace concepts in fun and age-appropriate ways. Each activity is aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards, reinforcing classroom learning through interactive experiences.
Designed for Early Learners
Each station is thoughtfully adapted for Pre-K through 3rd grade, ensuring age-appropriate, engaging experiences. Students rotate through immersive stations where they actively explore aerospace concepts while reinforcing classroom learning.
The aerospace industry touches nearly every profession—and Aero Explorer gives students an early opportunity to imagine themselves in it.
TEKS Alignment
Stations support Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) objectives in science, math, ELAR, PE, health, social studies, theater, and art, helping students connect what they learn in school to real-world exploration.
