Part-Time Program Facilitator
Location: Various School Locations in North Texas (Travel Required)
Schedule: Part-Time | ~10 Days/Month | 8-Hour Days
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience

Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Part-Time Program Facilitator to help deliver a large-scale, hands-on educational experience that introduces PreK–3rd grade students to the exciting world of aerospace and STEM careers.
This traveling program is conducted onsite at schools, transforming gymnasiums into immersive, high-energy learning spaces. Students explore movement, engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving through interactive, physical activities that lay the foundation for future interest in science, technology, and aerospace fields.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning, thrives in active and loud environments, and is committed to helping students imagine their future in the skies and beyond. The facilitator position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates must be able to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. This position may require extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Employees must be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds each as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate the aerospace-themed program with fidelity, delivering all components as designed to meet both educational and engagement goals.
● Oversee all aspects of structured, hands-on activities that promote early exposure to STEM and aerospace career concepts.
● Engage and manage large groups of students in a dynamic, gymnasium-based setting.
● Consistently monitoring teachers to support them throughout the program
● Know the key concepts for each activity and what that looks like in action
● Assist with physical setup and breakdown, including lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials.
● Thrive in a loud, high-energy environment, ensuring student safety and focus.
● Collaborate with fellow educators and school personnel to ensure a seamless experience for all.
Qualifications:
● Prefer classroom instruction experience, especially with PreK–3rd grade students.
● Strong classroom management and communication skills.
● Excitement for early STEM education and introducing students to career possibilities in aerospace.
● Physically able to lift, push, and pull equipment and navigate active spaces.
● Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced environments.
● Must pass a comprehensive background check.
● Experience with mobile or experiential education programs is a plus.
● Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented. Work Schedule:
● Approximately 10 days per month, aligned with the school calendar and vary weekly.
● Typical day: 8 hours, including setup, facilitation, and breakdown. (Mileage is reimbursed, but travel time not included)
● Flexibility required based on school site logistics and travel in the DFW area.
